Difference between fear and anxiety

Anxiety and fear are described as states of being which encompass psychological, and behavioral responding, triggered by events which are deemed threatening to the innovative drive of survival or well being of the individual, which are either actual or unreal threats. Fear is a state in which there is a real danger and anxiety is a state of mind where there is no real danger.
